How to get rid of those right-under-the-skin spots… and what causes them?

The ones that are just like bumps, not usually even red, like they’re coming up from deep under your skin, what causes them? Is it something to do with what you’re eating/hormones as opposed to blackheads/whiteheads caused by bacteria etc.?

If it is calcium bumps, retinol will help. They are little bumps, hard at the surface. Don’t mess with them,like trying to pop or something you’ll make scars, plus it won’t help. I can’t remember why we get them. Good luck
