Sclerotherapy or laser treatment (for spider veins)? Does it work? And is it affordable?

I am 21 years old and am 12 weeks pregnant (dont think that matters, but I thought I'd mention it if it did). I am constantly bothered by spider veins! I am no more weight and I work and eat well, I was never in the sun … but for some reason unknown to me I have spider veins on my face and my arms! Those who are on my face a kind of purple-blue Ish color and the ones on my arms is very low … but are tiny red veins that are pretty obvious. My self is like 0 aste moment … I am too young to have this problem … and they only get worse with age. I would like laser therapy, they learn to get rid … or sclerotherapy … but I think they are too small and to inject it acutally slightly with a needle. My questions are: Why did I have those annoying wires despite constant care? Laser therapy is affordable? Is it actaully work? and my insurance will cover it probably because they cause physical pain (stinging and numbness)? (Full coverage with Blue Cross), I am so frustrated!
