where do I get acne scar cream that works?

I use proactive because I have the cheeks a little bit of acne on my two. It is cleaning up fast, but I have a few scars leftover, and I'm wondering if anyone knows where I removal cream that actually works can be found acne? I had hoped I could look for some at cvs or any pharmacy nearby.
