Basic Steps to open a beauty salon?

I want business to open a family. We decided to try and open a beauty salon with hair, nails, tan skin. I'm not sure how to even get started. I need to get a license, I know. I know also, I have to equipment and stuff, but I do not know how. This is something that my sisters and I really want to do, so that all information will be highly appreciated! Thank you!
