Why when you have the flu, the slightest touch of your skin hurts?

when i have a cold, i’ll get random shooting pains in my legs and fingers…and it also hurts when you put on clothes or just brush against your sheets or something…why?

You should see your doctor; this doesn’t sound normal. I’ve had many colds and have had the flu once. I’ve never had any of these symptoms. Sounds more like a nerve problem (that’s maybe exacerbated by your cold?)
