What happens when young people take anti-aging face creams?

This is from a conversation I had 20 of their silly early with a friend me's who used to tighten anti-wrinkle creams. Now obvioulsy when she is young still, her skin has not received a wrinkle, nor has it lost all Elasticity. However, she believes that through them it makes sure that her skin in good shape for the coming decades. However, I have raised the point could be harmful to skin should be that it by a product for itself, "not designed" young skin. Does anyone actually know whether it beneficial or harmful is used for this type of product, if your young?
