How can I reduce redness and dry skin around the eyes?
I notice that when the weather gets colder, the skin around the eyes is dry and red. I have tried to use moisturizers on my face like Aquaphor. Aquaphor reduces dry skin, but increased redness. Help ???!!!
Hydro cortical zone cream. Just a dab. Do not get it in your eyes.
