What is the best brand of curling iron?
I really need a new curling iron. I want one that has adjustable heat settings if possible. I would also like for the price to be under $40 it’s okay if it’s not. I want an iron that I can use to curl my hair in spiral curls probably from 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch barrel. Thanks in advance.
hot tolls is the top of the line but i like the revlon and the conair one they sell it for under 20 dollars.
